This is the last one for the year

  • Saturday 5th Dec : Xmas Breakup & Awards Night Commencing at 6:30. Dinner served at 7:00.
  • Australia Day at the Clubrooms. We need volunteers to operate our drinks stall. If you wish to exhibit your prints then the limit will be no more than 8 prints.
  • The VAPS Convention will be at Albury next year during the weekend the 4th & 5th of June.
  • The Club will resume on the 12th of January 2016.     Entries in on that date : Set Subject RUST.

Procedure For Entries in 2016

The Web Site Is Up and Running and Ready For Business at  www.bendigocameraclub.org.au

  1. Over the break you will be given a username (eg. bcc0025) and a password generated by our website which is run by Word Press. Once you have your username. eg bcc0025 and password
    • Go to the last menu item on the web site:  Members  —> Log In (Tick the Stay Logged In Box)
    • Put in your username (eg bcc0025) & password.
    • Now you are ready to submit your entries.
    • Don’t forget to name your digital entry files correctly with the title and member number before you start (eg. “The Bridge 25.jpg”) Note: there is no need to include the category “Set” or “Open” in the file name.
    • Fill in the submission form using drop arrows to indicate the category and type of entry and upload your image
    • Click “Submit Page”

Even when submitting PRINTS don’t forget to upload a small file ( eg. 800 x 600 ) of the original print for admin. purposes.

  1. Submit via Memory Stick ( The OLD way sort of) Label your entry in the normal way.
    • Present your memory stick to one of the people entering your work using a laptop at the club. No need for a paper copy.
    • They will submit your entries to the web on your behalf providing you have your username & password.
    • See your entries being submitted and learn how to do it yourself for next time.

Graeme will email everyone with a detailed account on how to submit entries sometime during the break.
