Our club will submit a selection of 20 images to this competition. We invite all club members to submit two images for consideration. We will then invite all club members to vote on their favourites to represent the club in this competition.
The great Australian Photographic Challenge is on. We are looking for the best images from Australian Photographic Club members both as a club and as individual photographers. The Theme – All Subjects Australiana.

Definition: Australiana
Any image that celebrates the spirit, identity and visual story of Australia. This includes (but is not limited to) Landscapes, Seascapes, Flora, Fauna, Architecture, Sport, People, Culture, Rural life, Heritage, Street photography…
Some key rules (see the website for more information):
- image must be a max of 1920px by 1200px (this is different from our competitions)
- maximum file size is 2MB (this is lower than our 5MB limit)
- image must be a single shot (ie not a composite created on a computer)
