Phil Ryan will be there in person to judge.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Tuesday 19th July<\/strong>. The Annual General meeting to elect a new committee for the remainder of 2016 through to July 2017.<br \/>\nWe need as many members there as possible as there are few resolutions to be debated. Nominations for committee positions will no longer be accepted.<br \/>\nAfter the AGM is finished we will have an activity as usual.<br \/>\n3.<strong> CLUB OUTING<\/strong> :<br \/>\nOur overnight excursion and photo shoot to Swanhill is set down for the<strong> 7th, 8th, &amp; 9th of October<\/strong> (the date in September was changed due to School Holidays clashing).<br \/>\nUp to each member to arrange accommodation.<br \/>\nItinerary will follow closer to the date.<br \/>\n4.<strong> Club Dinner :- On the 30th August will be at the Lakeview Hotel<\/strong> commencing a 6:30. Please advise Val if you wish to attend. Email: <strong>valdensworth@bigpond.com<\/strong><br \/>\n5. IN FUTURE ALL NEWSLETTERS WILL ONLY BE PUBLISHED ON OUR BCC WEBSITE. Just go to the website and hit the NEWS TAB that contains the NEWSLETTER.<br \/>\nFrom the month of June you will NOT receive your email newsletter.<br \/>\n<strong>However, urgent reminders will still come via email.<\/strong><br \/>\n6. John Spring from the Melbourne C.C. has invited a few of the keen AV workers to attend the Melbourne Club to present a sample of our club\u2019s work . The date will be the 17th August.
