Tuesday 12th April is a judging night with the set subject being \u201cGarbage\u201d<br \/>\n2. Tom Putt\u2019s landscape tutorial was a great success by all accounts. We hope some of our members will use the techniques gained on the night.<br \/>\n3. The Easter exhibition was a great success. The Club raised $650 which was more than last year. The Committee thanks all those who manned the roster and helped set up the exhibition.<br \/>\nA special thanks to Garry Paterson(Organiser), Graeme Phillips(Ute Hire) and Ian Priestly, Joy Vinnicombe &amp; Les Wiles ( For setting up at 9:00 every morning).<br \/>\nThe new digital display fetched some positive comments which was much appreciated.<br \/>\n4. <strong>JOINT PHOTO TRAIL WITH MARYBOROUGH CAMERA CLUB: 17th April<\/strong><br \/>\nIts envisaged that we have a social day of photographing with Goldfields Image Makers (Maryborough) on Sunday the 17th April starting at Castlemaine.<br \/>\na ) Start Time :<strong> 9:15<\/strong> (the little hand is on the 9 and the big hand is on the 3) at our<strong> CLUB ROOMS<\/strong> ready to car pool for the journey to Castlemaine Botanical Gardens. We will meet on the South side of the gardens which is Walker St at roughly 10:00 am.<br \/>\nOnce you arrive at the gardens you will receive a name tag, a map plus a set of photographic activities to be completed along the designated route.<br \/>\nb) You will need to bring a<strong> picnic lunch and drinks<\/strong> as there wont be any time to buy lunch.<br \/>\nAlso you might think about bringing a<strong> fold up chair<\/strong> as the picnic tables are scarce in our lunch area.<br \/>\nIf you are going have a \u201dRed Wine\u201dmake sure you have a designated driver in your car.<br \/>\n<em><strong>Could you please return email indicating whether you will be attending this event. Proposed BBQ At George Greblo\u2019s Sandhurst Ridge Winery to be held toward the latter half of May.<br \/>\nThe date will be confirmed later on.<br \/>\n6. The Phillip Island excursion over a weekend is no longer being considered. Instead the committee will arrange an overnight excursion to SwanHill in September. A date yet to be finalised.<br \/>\n7. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on our activity night on Tuesday 19th of July.
