Dinner served at 7:00.<\/li>\n<li>Australia Day at the Clubrooms. We need volunteers to operate our drinks stall. If you wish to exhibit your prints then the limit will be no more than 8 prints.<\/li>\n<li>The VAPS Convention will be at Albury next year during the weekend the 4th &amp; 5th of June.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Club will resume on the 12th of January 2016.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Entries in on that date : Set Subject RUST.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedure For Entries in 2016<\/h3>\n<p>The Web Site Is Up and Running and Ready For Business at\u00a0 <b>www.bendigocameraclub.org.au<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Over the break you will be given a username (eg. bcc0025) and a password generated by our website which is run by Word Press. Once you have your username. eg bcc0025 and password\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the last menu item on the web site:\u00a0 Members\u00a0\u00a0&#8212;&gt; Log In (Tick the Stay Logged In Box)<\/li>\n<li>Put in your username (eg bcc0025) &amp; password.<\/li>\n<li>Now you are ready to submit your entries.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t forget to name your digital entry files correctly with the title and member number before you start (eg. &#8220;The Bridge <b>25<\/b>.jpg&#8221;) Note: there is no need to include the category &#8220;Set&#8221; or &#8220;Open&#8221; in the file name.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the submission form using drop arrows to indicate the category and type of entry and upload your image<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Submit Page&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Even when submitting PRINTS don\u2019t forget to upload a <b>small file ( eg. 800 x 600 ) <\/b>of the original print for admin. purposes.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Submit via Memory Stick ( The OLD way sort of) Label your entry in the normal way.\n<ul>\n<li>Present your memory stick to one of the people entering your work using a laptop at the club.
